How do I manually add a contact?
Head over to the Contacts page and click the New Contact button.
This will load up the New Contact Form. There are a lot of fields that you can choose to fill in, but only the ones marked with a red asterisk (*) are required. Just remember, that the more information you are able to add to the Contact Record the more ability you will have to sort people by SmartGroups. See the SmartGroup help doc here.
In addition to that above pictured information, you're required to select a campaign and assign a staff member.
Once you're good to go, click Create New Contact to be taken to their contact record.
NOTE: If you entered the new contact into a campaign, it can take 2 or 3 minutes until the first step runs. After that happens, you'll see the activities on their activity feed.
