Lead Campaigns
New Lead Campaign
Designed to help convert leads. This campaign has a duration of two weeks and at the conclusion will automatically put the contact in the Pending Lead Campaign.
Pending Lead Campaign
This campaign begins at the two week and flows until three months (approximately the 100 day lead mark) and upon conclusion automatically move the lead to the Inactive Lead Campaign. It's designed to keep the contact engaged in your brand and help you follow up at key strategic reference points.
Inactive Lead Campaigns
The Inactive Lead campaign is design to keep brand awareness over the following year. Once the campaign concludes, the lead stays in this campaign.
Lead Post Appointment - Undecided Campaign
This campaign is a week long and is designed to get leads who have attended an appointment with you, but are undecided if they should take the next step in joining, to take action. It's what you would be doing on your own, but completely automated. When this campaign is complete the Lead will be moved to the Inactive Lead campaign.

This is our patented 100 Day Journey for new clients. This campaign is designed to build brand ambassadors and help you enhance a world class client experience. After the 100 days, clients automatically move into the Established Client Campaign.
Established Client Campaign
Designed to keep your clients engaged for the long term. Clients stay in this campaign upon initial completion.

Completed Cancellation Campaign
The Completed Cancellation Campaign is designed to win back former clients and last for a year.
Overlay Campaigns
Membership Hold Campaign
This campaign is triggered when a client fills out a membership hold request form and sends communications to the contact and assigned staff member.
Pending Cancellation Campaign
This campaign is triggered when a client fills out a membership cancellation request form and sends communications to the contact and assigned staff member.
Friend Referral Campaign
This campaign is triggered when a client fills out a friend referral form and sends communications to assigned staff member to reach out to the referred friend.
