Q: I run a 6 week challenge and set up a custom journey for that client experience. Once they finish the 6 weeks, I want to ensure they go through our new member experience.
A: When you convert a 6 week challenge lead to a new client, they'll go through that specific campaign in that specific journey. So customize that content. When they join you full time, you can switch their journey to your default journey from their user profile and decide what campaign you want to put them in(established or new client).
