In Campaign Customization, you can edit the SMS and use a variety of Merge Tags to dynamically customize the content in the message.

  • Contact - First Name
  • Contact - Full Name
  • Assigned Staff - First Name
  • Assigned Staff - Full Name
  • Account - Name
  • SMS - Appointment CTA

While most of these are self explanatory, the SMS - Appointment CTA needs some more context.

When you include the SMS - Appointment CTA in the message, it will display as  {{ sms_cta.block }}. This dynamic text will pull in a link to book an appointment during the New Lead Campaign. If they already have an appointment booked, it will not merge the link.
